With more than 30 years of experience in track system manufacturing, we ensure consistency and expertise in our refurbishment services.

Currently, we maintain a complete inventory of spare parts, both new and reconditioned, serving operations ranging from small farms to large-scale agricultural businesses.

• We perform the reconditioning of chains and drive wheels using hardfacing electrodes, ensuring the strength required for these components.

​

• Through the Submerged Arc Welding process, we refurbish rollers, idler wheels, and central axles, using wires and fluxes specially developed for severe-duty applications.

​

• In addition, we operate a CNC laser cutting system capable of processing steel plates up to 22 mm thick, delivering high-precision parts in a wide range of shapes.
